About Lauren
Lauren's interest in nutrition started when she took an undergraduate course in nutrition. This course sparked a passion to help others improve their lives through their relationship with food. With over 12 years of experience, Lauren has had the opportunity to help many people work toward and obtain their health goals. Lauren has helped people with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, and weight management goals.

Lauren provides compassionate, personalized care, recognizing that everyone is at a different stage in their nutrition journey. Her goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward achieving your health goals with empathy, support, and evidence-based strategies

In your first session with Lauren, you can expect to be greeted by a warm and compassionate dietitian. She is there to listen and help provide education and solutions in a judgement free space. During your time together, you will work to create attainable goals and Lauren will be there to help support and guide you on your way.
