About Lauren
Lauren's interest in nutrition started when she took an undergraduate course in nutrition. This course sparked a passion to help others improve their lives through their relationship with food. With over 12 years of experience, Lauren has had the opportunity to help many people work toward and obtain their health goals. Lauren has helped people with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, and weight management goals.
Approach to care
Lauren approaches care with empathy and understanding that everyone is in a different place in their journey with nutrition. Her goal is to meet you where you are at and help guide you toward your goals on your health journey.
Your first session with Lauren
In your first session with Lauren, you can expect to be greeted by a warm and compassionate dietitian. She is there to listen and help provide education and solutions in a judgement free space. During your time together, you will work to create attainable goals and Lauren will be there to help support and guide you on your way.
