About Lauren
Lauren discovered her passion for nutrition during an undergrad course that shifted her perspective on food and health. That spark led to a 13+ year career helping people feel better in their bodies, improve outcomes, and build a healthier relationship with food without extreme diets. Sheâs helped hundreds of clients take control of their health through small, sustainable changes that fit real life. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based care, empathy, and a deep respect for each personâs unique story. Lauren works with people navigating perimenopause/menopause, chronic kidney disease, diabetes/prediabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, and weight management.
Approach to care
Lauren believes nutrition isnât one-size-fits-all and neither is care. She meets you where you are, whether you're just getting started or have been managing your health for years. Her approach is rooted in compassion, not judgment, and sheâs here to walk alongside you with realistic, evidence-based guidance that fits your lifestyle. Her goal? To help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make changes that last.
Your first session with Lauren
From the moment you meet with Lauren, youâll feel like youâre talking to someone who truly listens. Your first session is all about youâyour story, your concerns, and what youâre hoping to achieve. Thereâs no judgment, no pressure - just a supportive space where you can speak openly. Lauren will help you connect the dots between your symptoms, your goals, and your day-to-day routine. Together, you'll create realistic, personalized goals you actually feel good about. Think of it as a conversation, not a lecture. You'll leave feeling heard, hopeful, and equipped with a plan that fits your life - not someone elseâs idea of "perfect."
