Hi, Iâm Lauren, a registered dietitian whoâs here to help you feel better in your body, build habits that actually last, and take the pressure off doing everything âperfectly.â I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with their health goalsâwhether itâs improving energy or finding a realistic approach to weight loss. If youâve tried everything and still feel like nothing quite works for you, I want you to know: thatâs not your faultâand youâre not alone. My areas of expertise include weight management, fatigue and energy issues, blood sugar balance, and creating high-protein, sustainable eating plans. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to optimize their performance and recovery, as well as clients navigating gut health, body composition, and dietary changes without restriction or shame.
