Hi, I’m Lauren, a registered dietitian who’s here to help you feel better in your body, build habits that actually last, and take the pressure off doing everything “perfectly.” I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with their health goals—whether it’s improving energy or finding a realistic approach to weight loss. If you’ve tried everything and still feel like nothing quite works for you, I want you to know: that’s not your fault—and you’re not alone. My areas of expertise include weight management, fatigue and energy issues, blood sugar balance, and creating high-protein, sustainable eating plans. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to optimize their performance and recovery, as well as clients navigating gut health, body composition, and dietary changes without restriction or shame.

My counseling style is warm, honest, and rooted in real life. I believe that nutrition should support your whole life—not take it over. I take a highly individualized approach, focusing on small, realistic changes that build toward long-term success. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s doable, personalized, and grounded in science—but flexible enough to fit your lifestyle. I’ll meet you wherever you are and help you move forward at your own pace, with support, structure, and zero judgment.

Your first session with Lauren

In our first session, I’ll take the time to really get to know you—your goals, your challenges, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. You can expect a thoughtful conversation where we start building a plan together that feels clear and achievable. My goal is for you to leave feeling more confident, more informed, and like you finally have a plan that’s made for you—not one that makes you feel like you have to change everything overnight.
