About Lauren

As a lifelong athlete, I developed an early appreciation for how nutrition supports performance and overall well-being. Combined with a genuine love of food, this led me to earn a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut, an M.S. in Nutrition from Boston University, and the Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) credential in 2025. I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in performance nutrition, supporting athletes and individuals recovering from disordered eating. My experience spans tactical, athletic, and clinical care settings, including serving as the Performance RD for the Massachusetts National Guard, providing eating disorder care in PHP and outpatient settings, and supporting population health and wellness programs. In my free time, you can find me in the mountains hiking/backpacking or snowboarding, training for a race (most recently Boston 2025!), or baking up a storm.

Approach to care

With a sense of humor and a non-judgmental yet direct coaching style, I balance compassion with accountability so you feel encouraged, informed, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward your goals. I help clients understand how food can support their health and performance through practical, evidence-based strategies that are individualized and sustainable. In particular, I practice from a holistic lens and anti-diet approach. I’m deeply passionate about the people I serve and aim to shift perspectives around nutrition while providing the tools needed to build lasting habits and a positive relationship with food and self.

Your first session with Lauren

Let’s get to know each other! Building a trusting relationship is key to success. In our first session, we’ll review your nutrition habits, training or activity level, medical history, and relationship with food to see the full picture. Together, we’ll outline a personalized plan to support your performance and health goals. You’ll leave with a clear direction and one to two simple, realistic focus areas to work on. Sustainable progress takes time—quick wins don’t always stick—so we’ll focus on habits that actually last and help you perform at your best.
