About Lauren

Lauren is an intuitive, trauma-informed, and down-to-earth dietitian with diverse experience across various RDN roles, including hospitals, cardiac rehab, and private practice. She specializes in intuitive eating, mindful nutrition, heart health, and balanced plant-based diets. While knowledgeable about vegan and vegetarian diets, she never expects her patients to adopt them; instead, she meets clients where they are, respecting their preferences. With five years of experience, Lauren focuses on cultivating a positive relationship with food and achieving eating competence, helping clients foster a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with food and overall well-being.

Your first session with Lauren

In the first session with Lauren, you'll have a friendly chat to get to know each other via secure telehealth. This is the time for her to understand your unique journey and hear about your goals. You'll discuss why you're there and any questions you might have. Lauren will guide the conversation, gathering important information to begin tailoring an individualized plan for you. No judgment—only support. Afterwards, she'll share some initial insights and encourage you to focus on a few main goals to work towards. Before you log off, you'll discuss the optimal scheduling plan for you to make sure you get the care you need in your journey.
