About Lauren
Food and nutrition are truly my passions. Being a dietitian is my second career, and I left a cushy corporate job to fulfill my dream of helping others. I live in the PNW with my family, where we spend as much time as possible outside, golfing, hiking, and lounging by the lake. I love immersing myself in the culinary world by trying new recipes or exploring local restaurants with my husband. I also enjoy life's simple pleasures, like walking the trails by our house with my dog, binge-watching a new Netflix show, or planning our next adventure. I look forward to learning more about you.
Approach to care
Feeling overwhelmed by a new diagnosis? Are you confused about where to begin or questioning how nutrition can support you? Unsure how to care for your body in a new season? Welcome! This is a safe space; you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way and am so glad you're here. :) What you can expect when working with me: A trustworthy expert with years of experience; relatability & compassion; deep understanding of internal bodily systems and how that relates to medical nutrition therapy
Your first session with Lauren
As a dietitian, I aim to enlighten, equip, and support clients in discovering their nutritional remedies. I take your unique experience and diagnosis and target the heart of the issue with evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and practical guidance. Together, we will cultivate sustainable goals and a plan that aligns with your everyday life and supports your goals. After working with me, you will have a renewed understanding of your body and a fresh outlook on your health and, ultimately - your life.
