About Lauren
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and complex relationships with food. I’m passionate about helping clients feel more at ease around eating while building sustainable, compassionate nutrition habits. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
Approach to care
I take a weight-inclusive, non-diet, and trauma-informed approach to nutrition care. I focus on meeting clients where they are, honoring individual needs, preferences, and lived experiences. Together, we work toward nourishment that supports both physical and mental well-being, with an emphasis on flexibility, food neutrality, and long-term sustainability.
Your first session with Lauren
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about your goals, concerns, and history with food. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is a judgment-free space. We’ll discuss what feels most helpful to focus on and outline next steps at a pace that feels manageable for you.
