  • β€œI've been working with Laurie for months now. Gettig really close to the year mark and he has taught me so much over the time we've worked together. She has been my first and only dietitian but I really feel I hit the jackpot with her because of how much I've improved over a short amount of time. I look forward to continue to reach even more goals with her! β€œ

About Laurie

Laurie is a registered dietitian with eleven years of experience. She began her career in corporate wellness before developing her specialty in pediatric nutrition. She helps children, teens, and adults with gut symptoms associated with celiac disease, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), GERD, EoE, and more. She counsels adults and children struggling with emotional eating, fatty liver disease and pre-diabetes.

Approach to care

As a dietitian, she's passionate about two things: food and helping people. Laurie uses evidence-based medicine and the patient's own lived experiences to create a comprehensive treatment plan. Her approach is to be the nutrition detective working alongside you to help you reach your health goals. She believes any food can fit into a healthful diet. She's passionate about supporting and building healthy relationships with food for her clients.
