About Lea
Welcome! As a registered dietitian, I believe that everyone deserves a healthy and joyful relationship with food. I am committed to creating a safe, non judgmental space for you to explore your nutritional needs and goals. I have experience working with a wide variety of patient populations through inpatient care, outpatient care, and home visits. Some of my favorite things to do include scouting new and interesting finds at the grocery and preparing balanced meals for my family.
Approach to care
My approach to care is client-centered, and evidence based. I take the time to listen to your unique story, concerns and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that addresses your nutritional needs, lifestyle, and preferences. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed choices about your health.
Your first session with Lea
In our initial consultation, we will take the time to get to know each other better and discuss your health goals, dietary concerns, and lifestyle. We will start with a comprehensive health and nutrition assessment, identify your unique goals, talk about what has or has not worked for you in the past, create short term and long term goals, and develop a personalized plan that works with your lifestyle to reach your goals.
