About Lea
I am a registered dietitian. I chose this profession out of a deep interest and passion for food and learning more about what they can do for our bodies. I have spent more than 20 years working with patients of all ages from all over the world. I enjoy learning about new foods, ways to prepare them, and how they are beneficial to the human body.
Approach to care
I use a patient centered approach to care when working with patients. I see ones nutrition and health as a life long journey not a sprint. Together we will prioritize nutrition and wellness goals with what works in your lifestyle and pave the way for achieving your health, wellness, and nutrition goals.
Your first session with Lea
You can expect to do most of the talking. I will ask a few guiding questions, mostly related to your lifestyle, food preferences, dietary habits, food allergies or intolerances, cultural food practices, and health goals. We will also take a close look at any recent lab work, medications you are taking or prescribed, as well as vitamin, mineral, or herbal supplements.
