About Leah

My passion for integrative and functional nutrition began with my own health journey navigating food allergies and gut issues. In seeking healing for myself and my children, who both live with severe food allergies and asthma, I discovered the power of functional medicine and the role gut health plays in overall wellness. These experiences inspire me to help others find relief and vitality through food and lifestyle changes. Outside of my work, I love adventuring with my family—snow skiing, enjoying water sports, trying new foods, and experiencing new places and cultures.

Approach to care

I believe in a whole-person, root-cause approach to healing that looks beyond symptoms to uncover what’s really driving imbalance. Using a “food as medicine” philosophy, I create personalized nutrition strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering—I want clients to feel confident, supported, and excited about the possibility of healing. Together, we walk step by step toward lasting change and improved health.

Your first session with Leah

Your first session is a comprehensive nutrition assessment where we explore your health history, weight history, current symptoms, diet, lab work, and lifestyle factors. I use a functional medicine lens to identify root causes, often starting with inflammation in the gut. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a personalized plan and clear next steps. This gives you direction, confidence, and a hopeful start to your healing journey.
