About Leah
I am a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience helping individuals build healthier relationships with food. My passion for nutrition began while competing as a college student-athlete, where I saw firsthand how the right fuel can transform performance and wellbeing. I offer expertise in heart health, diabetes, and weight management, and a special focus on nutrition for kidney disease. I am board-certified in renal nutrition and support clients through every stage of kidney disease with personalized, practical guidance. My goal is to help you feel confident in your food choices and enjoy what you eat while supporting your long-term health.
Approach to care
I meet you exactly where you are and focus on achievable, step-by-step changes that lead to lasting improvements in your health. Every session is a judgment-free space designed to support your success. I provide clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance so you can feel informed, confident, and empowered in your wellness journey.
Your first session with Leah
During your initial appointment, I take time to understand you as a whole person, including your medical history, current lifestyle, and personal priorities. Together, we will define your health goals and outline realistic steps to help you achieve them. You can expect a supportive, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and taking an active role in your care.
