About Leah
Hello, Iâm Leah â a holistic registered dietitian-nutritionist and certified Mind-Body Eating & Health Coach. I believe your relationship with food is a powerful teacher, and I help you discover what truly nourishes you without rigid rules or quick fixes. I treat a wide range of nutrition concerns, with a specialty in neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals, including those navigating ARFID, POTS, sensory sensitivities, IBS, GI issues, and disordered eating. I also support women with hormonal health, PCOS, fertility, and general wellness. My approach is trauma-sensitive, weight-inclusive, and person-centered, blending intuitive and mindful eating, somatic tools, and holistic nutrition to support nervous-system regulation and the mindâbody connection. Clients describe my style as compassionate, grounding, and empowering. In our first session, weâll explore your story and goals so you leave with clarity, personalized guidance, and the feeling of being supported.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and respect for your lived experience. I help you find balance in your health and feel at home in your body without rigid meal plans, calorie tracking, or restrictive rules. Instead, we focus on healing your relationship with food, releasing the pressure of dieting and weight struggles, and building sustainable habits through evidence-based nutrition and holistic wellness. I work best with those who are ready to break free from the dieting cycle, who value a non-diet, weight-neutral approach without guilt or shame, and who want simple, practical support that makes eating feel easierânot overwhelming. My care is trauma-sensitive, neurodivergent-friendly, and centered on helping you feel nourished, confident, and empowered in your body. If this resonates with you, Iâd love to support you on your healing journey.
Your first session with Leah
Your first session is focused on making you feel welcome, supported, and understood. Over approximately 60 minutes, weâll get to know each other, explore your health history and daily routines, and discuss what you hope to change or improve. Iâll complete a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessmentâincluding medical background, eating patterns, challenges, and strengthsâand together weâll set realistic, meaningful goals. By the end of our session, youâll walk away with a clear and personalized plan that blends evidence-based nutrition, practical guidance, and holistic wellness tools. My intention is for you to feel empowered, informed, and confident about your next steps.

Education
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire, Master of Science in Nutrition from Cox College.
Hobbies
In my free time, I connect deeply with the natural worldâwhether hiking in the woods and mountains, walking the neighborhood or exploring the gardens. I currently live nomadically as a remote dietitian, traveling solo to new places and following where God leads me. My days often bring me into the homes of others through house and pet sitting, which allows me to experience different rhythms of life. I love seeking out concerts and shows from my favorite artists, and I find joy in creating my own art through writing, music, and collage. Alongside this, I facilitate sanctuary through my online community, @the.nourished.sensitive, centering holistic health, wellness, and spiritual healing for sensitive neurodivergent folks.
