About Leanne
Hi, I'm a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Nutritional Science. I’ve worked in sports nutrition settings and I’m passionate about translating science into practical habits. In my practice I weave in my LD credential and RD training, staying curious about how food supports performance, recovery, and everyday wellbeing. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me on a mat/reformer doing Pilates or outside for a walk or run, and I’m always exploring how wellness fits into daily life. I value warm conversations and real connection.
Approach to care
Together we’ll build a plan that's evidence based, compassionate, and doable. I ground our work in current research while staying deeply empathetic and non judgmental. I’ll share clear steps, track progress, and celebrate small wins, aiming for sustainable change rather than quick fixes. I practice with a weight neutral HAES mindset and a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, mood, and food joy. Education is at the heart of what I do, empowering you to make informed choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Leanne
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll talk through your medical history, current routines, relationship with food, and goals in a warm, non pressurized space. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet, think of it as a conversation where we’ll sketch a couple realistic goals for the next weeks. I’ll answer questions, and together we’ll shape a plan that feels doable and respectful of your pace and lifestyle.
