Hi, I'm Leanne, a Registered Dietitian (RD, RDN, LD) based in St. Louis MO. I bring 5 years of experience as an RD and a diverse culinary background that informs my approach. My education includes a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition, an A.S. in Culinary Arts, and a 26-week ACEND accredited internship with 1200 hours of supervised practice, followed by passing the national registration exam. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, healthcare foodservice management, and as a personal chef and in hospitality kitchens. When I’m not seeing clients, I love cooking, tending my garden, and staying active.

Your first session with Leanne

Think of our first session as a conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, discuss your goals, concerns, and daily routines, and start shaping a plan that fits your life. We’ll set 1 or 2 realistic goals to begin with and outline practical steps for the coming weeks. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet; you can come as you are. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and hopeful.
