About Leslie
Hello, I'm Leslie but I generally go by Lo. I completed my Masters degree in Food and Health Sciences in 2020. I was lucky enough to have a versatile background when it comes to food and nutrition. With my family that has an array of specific dietary needs to my love for food science and always wanting to find a solution to any problem, I hope to be able to help support anyone I can on their journeys.
Approach to care
My main approach is to see where people are and where they'd like to be. I love helping find the best learning strategies for each person to best help them. There is no one right way to learn and grow, so why should there be a one path works for all when it comes to helping?
