About Leslie
I am a practicing dietitian with a love for helping patients achieve their goals and obtaining a healthier lifestyle. Each patient is unique, therefore there is not a set template for every patient. We develop these goals and steps on an individual basis, along with the patient, based on your current lifestyle and demands in your daily life. We base these changes on the best current science and research and use them to make you successful. That is my goal, regardless of why you are here.
Approach to care
My approach to care is to "start where you are" and work from there. If you are here and want to lose weight you can leave our first session know that you do not have to gain one more pound from this day forward. We will set manageable, attainable goals. Both short term and long term
Your first session with Leslie
In the first session we will get to know each other and find out what your top 2-3 goals are. We will set short term and long term goals and schedule our next session. You will leave knowing exactly what you want to accomplish in the time we are apart an most importantly , how to do that.
