My career has been dedicated to empowering individuals and families to nourish their bodies, build sustainable habits, and cultivate a positive relationship with food. I have a passion for budget-friendly food shopping, meal planning, and creating simple, delicious meals. I love sharing my expertise to help simplify eating and take the stress out of mealtime.

I want to understand your unique story—your dietary habits, lifestyle, stressors, what's worked (and hasn't), and where you see opportunities for change. Together, we’ll discuss your long-term goals and brainstorm smaller, achievable steps to get you there. The goals we set will be tailored to your needs and fit realistically into your daily life. My collaborative approach ensures you feel supported and confident as you take the first steps toward better health!
