Iām Leslie, a Registered Dietitian with a Masterās Degree in Nutritional Sciences. I specialize in metabolic health, weight management, and gut health, and my passion is helping people finally understand what their body needs so they can feel like itās working for them, not against them.

In our first session, weāll spend time getting to know you ā your health history, your goals, and what your day-to-day life looks like. I want to understand not only your medical background but also your lifestyle, routines, and challenges so we can build a plan that works for you. Weāll talk about the areas of your health that are most important to you and how nutrition connects to them. Iāll explain the science in a way that makes sense and feels manageable, so you can see how your daily choices support your overall health and well-being.
