About Leslie

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator I am confident in my ability to help you in achieving your health goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Medical Biology Nutrition. I have practiced patient centered Medical Nutrition Therapy in both the clinical and private settings both remote and face to face. I specialize in nutrition counseling for Diabetes, Heart Health, Obesity, Bariatric Nutrition, GLP-1 medications, and Gut Health. In all of these settings I incorporate empathic, non -judgmental, and realistic counseling strategies to evoke healthy lifestyle behaviors. My approach is research based incorporating integrative nutrition therapies as well. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise in dietetics and diabetes education to you at Nourish.

We can discuss what you are ready to share regarding your medical and nutrition history, your mood, stress levels, goals, expectations, and any struggles. This will help me to meet you wherever you are in your health and well-being journey.
