About Lexi
Hi, I'm Lexi! I am a passionate and empathetic Registered Dietitian, excited to help you reach your nutrition goals. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health and Nutritional Science from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from MSU Denver.
Approach to care
As a Registered Dietitian, I believe in personal, individualized care that will help you reach you goal no matter where you are in your health journey. The recommendations I provide come from evidence-based research and experience working in an in-patient clinical setting. I want our interactions to be focused on YOU, and ensure that you that you feel understood and confident after each of our sessions.

In our first session, you can expect an open and judgement-free conversation with me where you can express your concerns and/or goals. From there, we can make specific, tangible goals that can be implemented into your everyday life. You can expect lots of questions in an effort to get to know you best.
