Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and ASFA Certified Running Coach that is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and fitness related goals through practical, personal, and researched-based nutrition. I work to create a personalized plan that works with an individual's unique lifestyle. Whether you are looking to manage a chronic condition, enhance your athletic performance, or improve your relationship with food, it is my passion to support you and provide you with the tools, knowledge, and accountability to reach your goals.
