About Lexie
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I bring an integrative approach to health and wellness that bridges clinical nutrition, behavioral coaching, and fitness. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern - a foundation that has shaped my understanding of both the science and human side of nutrition. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across diverse healthcare and wellness settings. From pediatric nutrition to dialysis patients, from athletes to individuals managing chronic disease, I know that there is no "one-size-fits-all' approach to nutrition. Whether working one-on-one with clients or as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, my mission remains the same: to ensure every person feels truly heard, cared about, and valued as an individual, not just a diagnosis or number.
Approach to care
I combine my clinical expertise with coaching and fitness knowledge to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. I am skilled at translating complex nutritional science into practical, sustainable strategies that empower individuals to achieve their health goals across the lifespan and disease spectrum.
Your first session with Lexie
Your first session is designed to be a comprehensive yet relaxed, conversational discussion focused on understanding you as a whole person. It will be a chance for us to get to know each other and lay the foundation for your personalized nutrition plan. We'll start by discussing what motivated you to join Nourish and what your hopes are. Whether you're managing a health condition, working toward weight goals, optimizing athletic performance, or simply wanting to feel better, understanding your "why" helps me tailor our approach to what matters most to you.
