Your first session with Li-Ling
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about your health and nutrition needs. We’ll go over your medical history, lifestyle, and food habits to get a better understanding of where you are. Then, we’ll work together to set personalized goals and create a plan that fits your life. This session is focused on getting to know you and making a plan. We’ll start making small changes in our follow-up session, and in future appointments, we’ll check your progress, share helpful tips, and offer ongoing support to keep you on track. ***IMPORTANT NOTICE: Thank you for your interest! My schedule is currently full, and I’m welcoming up to two new clients per week. If you’d like to join the waitlist, feel free to email me at eatrightwithdrpeng@gmail.com.
