Hi, I'm Liana. I help my clients to strengthen their relationship with food and support conditions like emotional eating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and healthy weight management. I focus on heart health, sustainable habits, and building trust in your body—without restrictive rules.

My approach to care is intuitive, weight-neutral, and centered on strengthening your relationship with food. I help clients connect with their body’s natural cues, reduce the stress that often surrounds eating, and build habits that feel realistic and supportive. I can also help with debunking myths you may find on social media, and will look into clinical research studies to find approaches that work for you. Rather than relying on restrictive rules, I use collaborative goal-setting, and a compassionate coaching style. My goal is to help you feel confident, nourished, and in control of your choices—so food becomes a source of support, not stress.

We’ll explore your relationship with food, movement, and any health concerns, then identify a few realistic starting points. The goal is to understand what support you need and create a plan that feels doable and personalized.
