About Libby

Hi, I’m Libby, MS RD, a Denver-based dietitian helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and have worked in clinical settings, private practice, and community health. When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen testing recipes, listening to audiobooks, or out on a hike with a yoga mat, paddle board, or camping gear with my two small children, husband, and dog. I love cheering on Colorado teams and bringing a warm, practical approach to everyday nutrition.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with compassionate partnership. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together to understand your relationship with food, your values, and your daily life. I focus on sustainable habits rather than restrictions, and I’ll explain the science behind recommendations in plain language. You can expect a direct, action-oriented plan that respects your pace and supports holistic well-being, sleep, stress, and nourishment as a whole person.

Your first session with Libby

There are zero expectations for perfection during our initial visit-- just bring yourself, your questions, and a readiness to begin small, meaningful changes. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, establish short-term goals, and dive into your relationship with food. Think of it as a collaborative conversation rather than an exam, with space to share what has and hasn’t worked before. During our initial session, we’ll assess your current lifestyle patterns and create a clear plan for how I can help guide you toward your goals.
