Lila Cornelio, MPH, RDN, is a Spanish-speaking bilingual Registered Dietitian who combines behavior-change coaching, practical food skills, and personalized nutrition guidance to help individuals build healthy habits with confidence. With over 10 years of experience across clinical, community, and educational settings, Lila specializes in diabetes care, heart health, weight management, plant-based nutrition, and performance nutrition. Her background in fitness, culinary nutrition, and behavioral health, along with her experience as a former fitness competitor, endurance athlete, and longtime vegetarian, allows her to guide clients in rebuilding a balanced relationship with food through education, personalized support, and strategies.

We will also review your typical meals and snacks, food preferences, grocery shopping habits, and any barriers that may make healthy eating challenging. This conversation helps guide personalized nutrition recommendations that are realistic to your lifestyle and goals.
