About Lillian

Hi! I’m Lily, and I’ve been working in the field of nutrition for the past 6 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with both pediatric and adult populations, allowing me to gain experience in a wide range of nutritional needs and concerns. This diverse background has deepened my understanding of how nutrition plays a crucial role in both growth and overall health. I’m passionate about helping individuals set realistic, attainable goals that can improve their well-being and set them on a path toward a healthier future. Whether it’s guiding a child through healthy habits or supporting families in navigating nutrition challenges, I’m here to provide the expertise and encouragement needed to make lasting, positive changes. I look forward to meeting you and working together to create a plan that’s right for your unique needs!

Approach to care

I take a non-judgmental, self-first approach to care, creating a safe space where you can express yourself without fear of criticism. My goal is to ensure you feel heard and understood. While I use a non-diet approach, I aim to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and your body, empowering you with the tools and mindset needed to reach your goals. Rather than focusing on restrictive diets, I guide you to create sustainable habits that align with your values and well-being. Everyone’s journey is unique, so I work with you to find what feels right for your body and lifestyle. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, set realistic goals, and build skills to overcome challenges. My approach is rooted in compassion, flexibility, and the belief that progress is personal, with every step forward, big or small, worth celebrating. My aim is to empower you to take charge of your well-being in an authentic, fulfilling way.

Your first session with Lillian

During your first visit, we'll focus on building a strong, trusting relationship and getting to know each other. I understand that this can feel like a big step, so I aim to make it a comfortable, welcoming experience. We’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and what brought you to seek support. This will help us refine your objectives, whether related to your child’s development, family dynamics, or other challenges. I’ll also learn more about your child’s personality, needs, and interests, along with your family’s routines and values, to provide the most relevant guidance. Our first session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure that I’m the right fit for your family. If my approach doesn’t align with your needs, I’ll help you find someone who does. This session sets the foundation for a positive partnership, with clear goals and open communication as we begin this journey together.
