About Lillian

Hello, I’m Lilly — a registered dietitian based in New York. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. I completed my dietetic internship and a Corporate Wellness fellowship within the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital system. My background also includes extensive experience in nutrition research. As a former dancer who spent years navigating under-fueling and managing multiple chronic illnesses, I understand how transformative compassionate, evidence-based care can be. My journey was not linear—misinformation, diet culture, and perfectionism often stood in the way. Through my training as a dietitian, I found empowerment in research and evidence-based nutrition, and I’m committed to helping others do the same. I believe everyone deserves access to accurate, practical nutrition information that supports informed, sustainable health decisions.

Approach to care

As an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size–informed dietitian, I’m dedicated to helping individuals develop a balanced and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. I believe that each person is the expert of their own body, with a unique story and health journey. My holistic approach emphasizes collaboration, self-compassion, and empowerment—guiding you to build confidence and autonomy as you shape your own path toward health and well-being.

Your first session with Lillian

I take a holistic approach to care, which means I want to understand you as a whole person—not just your eating habits. During our time together, we’ll talk about your goals, medical history, lab results, eating and movement patterns, sleep, and stress, since each plays an important role in your overall well-being. You’ll also have space to ask questions, share your experiences, and discuss any challenges you’ve faced along the way. My goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Together, we’ll set realistic, actionable steps that you can begin implementing right away—empowering you to build lasting, meaningful change in your health and wellness journey.
