About Lillian

Hello, I’m Lilly, a Registered Dietitian based in New York. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. I completed my dietetic internship and a Corporate Wellness fellowship at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital system. Additionally, I have extensive experience in nutrition research and clinical work in an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation setting. Having spent years dancing, under-fueling, and living with a chronic illness, I understand the profound impact that evidence-based, compassionate care can have on one's life. My journey wasn’t always straightforward—misinformation, diet culture, and perfectionism made it challenging. However, as I trained to become a dietitian, I embraced research and evidence-based nutrition. I believe everyone has the right to accessible, evidence-based information to make informed decisions about their health.

As an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size-informed dietitian, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating a balanced, sustainable approach to health and nutrition. I believe each individual is the expert of their own body and has a unique health journey. My holistic approach fosters teamwork and empowerment, moving away from the outdated prescriptive model. My goal is to help you create and shape your own health and wellness journey.

Your first session with Lillian

I take a holistic approach to care, which means I'm interested in getting to know you as a person—not just your daily food habits. During our time together, I’ll ask about your goals, medical history, lab results, eating and movement patterns, sleep quality, and stress levels, as each of these plays a key role in your overall wellbeing. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, share your past experiences, and discuss any challenges you've faced in your health and wellness journey. My goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll set realistic, actionable steps that you can start implementing right away, empowering you as we take this journey together.
