About Lilly
Hi! My name is Lilly. I decided to become a dietitian after learning about diet through sports growing up, and by observing my parents' relationship with food and managing chronic disease. This led to my interest in promoting diet and lifestyle changes for disease prevention and management. One way I mix nutrition into my daily life is by making nutrition fun! I love to try new recipes and make modifications to suite my nutrition goals.
Approach to care
My approach to care is person-centered. I want to meet you where you are at and see where you want to go. My goal along your nutrition journey is to provide you support step-by-step, clarify nutrition misinformation, and cheer you on as you reach your goals!
Your first session with Lilly
In our first session, we will first spend some time getting to know each other. Then, we will jump into gathering nutrition history. This ranges from food preferences, food allergies or intolerances, previous dieting attempts, diet recalls, and more. After this, we will discuss medical history, physical activity, and lifestyle. The more detail, the better! My goal is to get a better understanding of who you are as a person. Later, we will review your expectations for seeing a dietitian and discuss short & long-term goals to guide your nutrition plan.
