About Lily
Hi there! My name is Lily, and I’m a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people feel better through food. I believe in an evidence-based yet flexible approach to nutrition — one that honors individual preferences, cultural backgrounds, and the realities of everyday life.
Approach to care
I focus on creating long-term strategies that are both effective and sustainable — ones that prioritize nourishment, flexibility, and balance. My most important role is to help guide, empower, and support. My ultimate goal is for every person I work with to feel more in tune with their body, more at peace with food, and more confident in managing their health.
Your first session with Lily
During our initial appointment, we’ll take time to explore your full health picture. This includes discussing your medical history, current or past symptoms, eating patterns, lifestyle factors, and your personal goals. I’ll also ask about things like stress, sleep, digestion, physical activity, and your relationship with food — because nutrition is about so much more than what’s on your plate.
