About Linda

I am a native of Arizona (we are rare) and live in Mesa, where I was born. My passion has always been food and nutrition—food truly is medicine and the foundation for living well. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, shaped by discipline, resilience, and even some fun stories—like when I role-played as a secret agent while supporting a Special Warfare team! Outside of work, I’m an avid reader (and audiobook listener), usually juggling three books at once, and I share my home with two spoiled rescue dogs who keep me active with daily walks. I also love batch-cooking and tweaking recipes to make home cooking easier and more enjoyable.

Approach to care

My approach to care is integrative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe in tailoring nutrition strategies to your unique needs, considering your health goals, lifestyle, preferences, and challenges. I bring a structured yet adaptable approach, emphasizing accountability and support. Whether you're looking to optimize your nutrition, address chronic health concerns, or simply feel better in your daily life, I aim to partner with you in a collaborative and personalized way.

Your first session with Linda

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and build a foundation for your care plan. We’ll discuss your health history, challenges, goals, daily routine, eating habits, and any strategies you’ve tried. My goal is to understand where you are now and create a realistic, actionable plan tailored to your needs. By the end of the session, you’ll have clear steps to move forward and a sense of direction that feels empowering. We’ll also explore how to track progress and adjust the approach over time for sustainable success.
