About Lindsay

I’m a registered dietitian with advanced training in functional nutrition, and I specialize in helping people who feel like they’ve tried everything. Dieting, tracking, workouts, supplements, yet they still are not seeing results. Most of my clients struggle with stubborn weight gain, low energy, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, or feeling disconnected from their body despite doing all the right things. My role is to help you understand why your body is responding the way it is and guide you through changes that actually work with your physiology, not against it. I don’t believe in perfection, rigid plans, or one size fits all advice. Instead, I help you build sustainable habits, restore metabolic function, and feel confident in your food choices without burning out or starting over every few months.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in functional medicine, which means we look beyond symptoms and focus on the root causes driving your health concerns. I use a combination of Lab testing to uncover metabolic, hormonal, gut, and nutrient imbalances; Targeted supplement management to support healing when food alone is not enough; Nutrition strategies that are realistic, flexible, and tailored to your lifestyle; Sleep and recovery support, because metabolism, hormones, and fat loss depend on them This is not about restriction or extremes. It is about understanding your body’s signals, rebuilding trust with food, and creating a plan that adapts as your body changes. Everything we do is personalized, intentional, and focused on long term results.

Your first session with Lindsay

Your first session is focused on gaining clarity. We will review your health history, symptoms, past diets, lifestyle factors, sleep patterns, and current challenges. I will help you connect the dots between what you are experiencing and what may be happening beneath the surface. You can expect: A clear explanation of why your body may be struggling; Guidance on whether functional lab testing would be helpful; Initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations you can start right away; A supportive, pressure free conversation with no judgment and no overwhelm. You do not need perfect habits or all the answers to get started. This is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and confident about the next steps forward.
