About Lindsay
I'm a registered dietitian with 14 years of experience. Since becoming a registered dietitian, I have worked in long term care, acute care and outpatient counseling. My experience has given me a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, along with an understanding that recommendations are only helpful if they fit into real life. What I love most about my work is being able to combine my passion for food and nutrition with helping others improve their health and quality of life.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is centered on practical, individualized nutrition that fits into everyday life. I focus on guidance that helps you make choices that support your health and goals. By listening to your needs and preferences, we work together to create a plan that is realistic and sustainable long term.
Your first session with Lindsay
Your first session is all about me getting to know you. We'll review your health history, current concerns, goals and any challenges you've faced with nutrition in the past. This is a conversation - not a lecture. You can expect a thoughtful discussion, personalized education and practical recommendations you can start using right away. By the end of the session we'll identify next steps and decide together what ongoing support will look like for you.
