About Lindsay
I'm a registered dietitian with 14 years of experience. I earned my bachelor and masters degree in Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Since becoming a registered dietitian, I have worked in long term care, acute care and outpatient counseling. My experience has given me a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, along with an understanding that recommendations are only helpful if they fit into real life. What I love most about my work is being able to combine my passion for food and nutrition with helping others improve their health and quality of life. I enjoy simplifying nutrition, cutting through misinformation, and working alongside clients to create plans that feel achievable and sustainable.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. There is no one-size-fits all plan, nutrition should be tailored to your medical history, preferences, lifestyle and goals. I focus on evidence-based guidance, sustainable behavior changes (not quick fixes!), clear education so you understand the why - not just the what and I meet you where you are without judgement. I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected and confident in the steps we take together. My overall goal is to make nutrition feel manageable and realistic for your life, not overwhelming!
Your first session with Lindsay
Your first session is all about me getting to know you. We'll review your health history, current concerns, goals and any challenges you've faced with nutrition in the past. This is a conversation - not a lecture. You can expect a thoughtful discussion, personalized education and practical recommendations you can start using right away. By the end of the session we'll identify next steps and decide together what ongoing support will look like for you.
