About Lindsay
My favorite part about being a registered dietitian is using my expertise to inspire life-changing results for my clients. I'm passionate about all things nutrition, especially chronic kidney disease (CKD), a fast-growing problem in the United States. Like many chronic conditions, CKD is preventable with balanced eating habits and physical activity. I offer tailored nutrition therapy, education, and counseling for overall health, weight management, and chronic conditions. My approach blends goal-setting with evidence-based knowledge and practical tools to help you achieve and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Approach to care
I view my clients as individuals with unique circumstances and nutritional needs. I emphasize the importance of self-compassion and flexibility in working towards SMART goals. Education is a fundamental aspect of my practice because knowledge is empowering. I believe that taking small steps can lead to significant improvements!
Your first session with Lindsay
I want to get to know you, so I will ask questions and listen carefully. We will explore your health history, nutrition concerns, and the goals you want to achieve. Your initial session is the first step in building a collaborative relationship.
