About Lindsay
I've practiced as a registered dietitian nutritionist for nearly six years. In my current position as an RDN, I help over 100 adult dialysis patients manage end-stage renal disease. ESRD results from the irreversible advancement of chronic kidney disease (CKD), a growing problem in the U.S. The leading causes of CKD are diabetes and hypertension. I'm well-versed in nutrition for general health, weight management, and chronic conditions (i.e., diabetes, kidney and cardiovascular diseases, cancer) and can adapt to different learning styles. My professional experience will provide you with the benefits of customized goals, evidence-based knowledge, and tools to sustain a balanced lifestyle.
Approach to care
I enter our professional relationship without judgment or bias. I treat people as individuals with unique circumstances and needs. I encourage self-compassion and flexibility when working toward goals. Nutrition education is an integral part of my philosophy that knowledge is power. Finally, small steps can have a HUGE impact!
