About Lindsay
Hey and Welcome! I'm Lindsay, a registered dietitian who wants to help you build habits that fit your life, not take it over. I focus on realistic, personalized steps that feel doable (because no one needs more stress) so progress feels natural instead of forced. With my background in personal training, I have seen firsthand that lasting success comes from focusing on well-being over time, not on constantly chasing perfection. My goal is to help you feel confident in your knowledge, tune out the constant outside noise of social media and others, and feel empowered in the choices you make around your food and health. Focusing on your health and wellness goals should not feel like another full-time job. When you feel confident in your choices and supported in your routines, that confidence spills into everything else: your work, your relationships, your performance and your overall well-being.

My approach is simple: your health goals should fit into your life, not the other way around. We will team up to focus on personalized, realistic steps that feel doable, sustainable, and aligned with what you really want for yourself. My goal is to provide evidence-based, smart, and practical guidance that eliminates restricting, rigid rules, and feeling like you need to 'start over tomorrow'. Together, we will build you tools and confidence to reach your health and wellness goals in a way that supports your bigger life goals. When you feel your best, you are able to do your best in everything you care about. Your first session with Lindsay
Our first session is all about you! We will talk through your goals, lifestyle, and what actually feels doable for you right now. My priority is to create a completely judgment-free space where you can be honest about your habits, challenges, and what you feel ready to take on. Together, we will work to turn your long-term health goals into achievable short-term steps that fit your daily life. The goal is for you to walk away with a clear, realistic starting point and the confidence to begin making meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you!
