About Lindsay

Hello and welcome! I'm Lindsay and I'm what they call a "seasoned" dietitian with over 17 years of experience as an RD in a variety of settings. I have a strong clinical/outpatient background with a passion for helping people manage their existing conditions (but not limited to) high blood pressure, thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases, kidney disease and diabetes and weight loss. Ultimately, I have a passion for helping people, and get so much joy from others living their best lives with quality. When I'm not working, I'm watching my kids play soccer games, keeping active with our rescue dog, Gemma or planning our next adventure. I look forward to working with you and helping you live your BEST life!

Approach to care

I am dedicated to empathetic, personalized care, meeting patients on their health journeys. I help foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment, ensuring patients feel heard and valued. Staying current with nutrition science, I offer evidence-based recommendations, combining this with my experience to create customized plans. My focus on measurable outcomes ensures patients see and feel the benefits of dietary changes. Passionate about sustainable changes, I help set realistic goals and provides ongoing support, ensuring comprehensive care that fits seamlessly into patients' lives.

Your first session with Lindsay

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a trusting relationship. I’ll ask about your sleep, movement, stress, health history, medications, and current diet, along with your goals, preferences, and the changes you’re open to making. This session is all about creating a strong foundation for your journey—you’ll leave feeling supported, encouraged, and ready to take that first step. 🌿 💛 Best Fit to Work Together: You’re available to meet during daytime hours, Monday–Friday, and can commit to weekly sessions at first, then bi-weekly check-ins for accountability. If you’re ready to put in the effort and stay consistent, I’ll be right beside you—guiding, supporting, and celebrating you every step of the way. ✨
