  • Lindsay is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and is happy to do a deep dive or just give simple, practical advice. What truly sets her apart is her ability to find solutions that meet my specific needs and lifestyle. Her approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and always focused on what works best for me. She's very easy to talk to, and seems genuinely interested in my success. I'm really grateful for her help and guidance!

About Lindsay

Hello and welcome! I'm Lindsay and I'm what they call a "seasoned" dietitian with over 17 years of exerience as an RD in a variety of settings. I have a strong clinical/outpatient background with a passion for helping people manage their existing conditions (but not limited to) of high blood pressure, thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases, kidney disease and diabetes. Ultimately, I have a passion for helping people, and get so much joy from others living their best lives with quality. When I'm not working, I'm watching my kids play soccer games, keeping active with our rescue dog, Gemma or planning our next adventure. I look forward to working with you and helping you live your BEST life!

My focus on measurable outcomes ensures patients see and feel the benefits of dietary changes. Passionate about sustainable changes, I help set realistic goals and provides ongoing support, ensuring comprehensive care that fits seamlessly into patients' lives.

Your first session with Lindsay

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and building a relationship. I'll ask you about your sleep habits, physical activity, stress levels, medications and supplements, health history, and, of course, your current diet. We’ll also talk about your likes and dislikes, your goals, and the changes you’re open to making. This initial session is all about laying a strong foundation for our journey together. You’ll leave feeling excited and ready to start implementing the changes we discuss. We'll take things step by step, working together to overcome any obstacles and keeping you on track with your health goals.
