About Lindsay

Lindsay is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and also Child Development whose passion is to help others learn about nutrition for improved health. She has been thankful for the experiences and opportunities she has had to improve her nutrition knowledge and approach. She has excelled in Medical Nutrition Therapy with adults in an acute care setting to help manage their acute medical conditions. Then, she found her passion working with children on their nutrition and health through nutrition counseling. She is constantly researching the most effective ways to help adults and children improve their overall health.

Approach to care

Lindsay realizes the focus on personal needs and individualized nutrition plans. She focuses on a โ€œnon-dietโ€ approach to meet nutrition goals that will be life long commitments. She uses evidence based practice for the most accurate and up to date information on health and nutrition to generate an individualized plan that will be most effective for your goals.
