About Lindsay
Lindsay is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and also Child Development whose passion is to help others learn about nutrition for improved health. She has been thankful for the experiences and opportunities she has had to improve her nutrition knowledge and approach. She has excelled in Medical Nutrition Therapy with adults in an acute care setting to help manage their acute medical conditions as well as nutrition counseling techniques to improve overall health. She is constantly researching the most effective ways to help adults and families improve their health.

Lindsay realizes the focus on personal needs and individualized nutrition plans. She focuses on a “non-diet” approach to meet nutrition goals that will be life long commitments. She uses evidence based practice for the most accurate and up to date information on health and nutrition to generate an individualized plan that will be most effective for your goals.
Your first session with Lindsay
The first session will be a get-to-know-you session to discover more about your lifestyle and day to day routines. This will include several assessment questions such as, eating patterns and habits, food choices and cravings, sleeping habits, activity, and more! We will begin to create a plan that works best for you!
