About Lindsay

Hi, I'm Lindsay, an RD and RDN with 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. I earned a BS in Nutrition/Dietetics and have worked in clinical hospital settings, private practice, and research in academia. My approach blends evidence with education and warm, empathetic listening so we can translate science into practical, lasting change. When I'm not with clients, I enjoy reading, walking with my dogs and a cat or two, baking, gardening, and days at the beach. I care about helping you feel at home with food and your health.

Approach to care

Evidence-based and science-focused, my care philosophy centers on empathy, warmth, and partnership. I'll help you understand the why behind your choices and then translate that knowledge into clear, doable steps. We'll work with a weight-neutral, health-at-every-size mindset that emphasizes sustainable habits over quick fixes. I see you as more than a meal plan, a whole person whose sleep, stress, relationships, and mood all influence nourishment. Education and practical tools empower you to sustain healthier choices long after our sessions end.

Your first session with Lindsay

Our first session is all about you. We'll talk through your medical history, daily routines, relationship with food, frustrations, and goals in a non-judgmental space. If you have lab results or biometrics, we'll review them together and use that information to shape a short-term plan. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet; we'll start with 1-2 realistic goals you can begin this week. Together, we'll set the tone for a collaborative, supportive path toward sustainable change.
