About Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay Sparks, RDN, LD, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I specialize in disordered eating, eating disorders, intuitive eating, substance use recovery, and women’s health. My goal is to help individuals heal their relationships with food and their bodies through a supportive, holistic, and evidence-based approach. With a background in trauma-informed care and weight-inclusive nutrition counseling, I partner with clients to explore sustainable ways of nourishing themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're navigating recovery, burnout, or body image concerns, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Outside of work, I’m an avid fitness enthusiast, outdoor lover, chicken-keeper, embroidery hobbyist, bookworm, gardener, and proud mom of two.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in self-compassion, curiosity, and long-term change. I work from a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and holistic perspective, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I support clients in tuning into their body’s cues, building trust in themselves, and dismantling unhelpful diet culture narratives. Rather than focusing on rigid food rules, I help clients cultivate a more peaceful and nourishing relationship with food—one that aligns with their values, preferences, and lived experiences. My care is collaborative and individualized; your story matters, and your goals will guide our work together.

Your first session with Lindsay

Your first session is all about connection and understanding. We’ll talk through your health history, current challenges, and hopes for the future in a relaxed and judgment-free space. My priority is to meet you where you are—no pressure, no expectations. We’ll discuss what’s been going on with food, body image, movement, and any life circumstances that may be impacting your well-being. By the end of the session, we’ll create a shared plan to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you have someone in your corner.
