Patient reviews
“Lindsay is an amazing coach! Lovely to talk to and no judgement, just helping me in my journey to become healthy. She is very knowledgeable about how to put together meals and explaining why what I had been doing in the past wasn't working for me. I felt better from day one, with the changes i made from her guidance. We have met weekly for the past month and each time she builds upon what works for me at each session. “

About Lindsay
Hi, I'm Lindsay. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience. My career spans private practice, community health, and clinical hospital work, where I’ve partnered with people at every stage of life to build healthier relationships with food. I’m also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC) and specialized in emotional eating, binge eating, and nutrition during substance use recovery (with special emphasis on recovery from alcohol use disorder or desire to cut back on alcohol use). Outside of work, I love fitness (strength training and HIIT classes are my jam), embroidery, sourdough bread baking, reading, drawing, and spending time with my family. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit to every session.
Approach to care
My goal is to help you build self-trust and confidence in applying nutrition foundations to make meaningful, sustainable changes. I blend evidence-based nutrition guidance with an empathetic, warm approach, focusing on the whole person. We’ll explore your relationship with food, your values, and your daily life, translating the latest research into practical steps you can actually live with. I practice from a holistic view that health is about physical, mental, and emotional well-being (not just a number on a scale). Together, we’ll build habits that honor your life and your goals. I also aim to provide you high-quality resources and current nutrition science to help educate you so you can make informed decisions. I proudly offer LGBTQIA-affirming care and believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and safe in their healthcare.
Your first session with Lindsay
Our first appointment is all about you! We'll start with a conversation where we review your medical history, your daily routines, and your relationship with food/body. There’s no pressure to have every detail or "perfect" answers ready; this is a judgment-free space where I listen and learn what matters most to you. My goal in the first session is to get to know how to best support you. We’ll explore what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and together we’ll set 1 or 2 realistic goals to get you moving forward, building upon and fine-tuning goals in our follow-up sessions.
