About Lindsay
Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, earning her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Illinois State University. She has worked in community, corporate, long-term care, and telehealth settings, providing nutrition counseling for clients in all stages of life. Lindsay enjoys aiding in the prevention and management of chronic diseases, including heart health, pre-diabetes/diabetes, and obesity. Other nutritional interests include pre- and postnatal nutrition, lactation, and metabolic health.

Lindsay provides a whole-person approach to nutrition care, meeting clients where they’re at in their wellness journey. She strives to educate and motivate in a way that is non-judgmental, all while focusing on individualized goals that are both realistic and sustainable.
Your first session with Lindsay
In your first session, it's all about getting to know each other. Lindsay will gather a comprehensive health and nutrition history, including medical diagnoses, lifestyle, medication and supplement use, recent labs, and more. From there, you will work together to define goals that are personalized to meet your needs and lifestyle.
