About Lindsey

Hi there! I’m Lindsey, a registered dietitian based in coastal Mississippi. I’ve spent nearly a decade helping people improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I also write for national health publications, where I break down nutrition science into simple, realistic advice people can apply to their daily lives. I’ve worked with patients managing conditions, including PCOS, diabetes, and heart disease. I also have extensive experience supporting people seeking weight loss through the use of GLP-1 medications. I hold a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification, which helps me blend medical nutrition therapy with practical behavior-change strategies.

Approach to care

As your dietitian, my top priority is to truly listen and understand your goals. I know how important it is to feel supported without judgment. My approach is science-based but easygoing—I like to keep sessions educational yet lighthearted. I do ask for at least a three-month commitment, meeting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This timeframe helps us build consistency, track progress over time, and make meaningful, sustainable changes together.

Your first session with Lindsey

In our first session, we’ll review your medical history, labs, and eating habits, then set a few personalized goals that feel realistic for your lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling confident, capable, and empowered to make progress toward better health—one step at a time.
