About Lindsey
Hi, I’m Lindsey, a registered dietitian based in Bay St. Louis, MS. I have seven years of experience and a background in clinical nutrition, research, and private practice, with a degree from the University of Alabama. I take an evidence-based and compassionate approach, shaped in part by my own experiences with body image and eating challenges. I love helping people feel more confident with food and create habits that work in real life.
Approach to care
Together we’ll build a sustainable path to health that fits your life today. I ground care in the latest science while staying empathetic and warm, so you feel heard and supported. I’m direct and action-oriented, turning insights into practical steps you can take this week. I practice with a holistic view of health that includes sleep, stress, and mind as well as food. You’ll leave with knowledge and tools that empower you to make informed choices.
Your first session with Lindsey
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and review any lab work or biometrics to understand your current picture. This conversation is collaborative; together we’ll shape a practical plan you can start working with right away. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet. It’s a warm, non-judgmental space where we set realistic next steps and focus on what matters most to you.
