About Lindsey
Lindsey provides her clients guidance along their unique health journey by focusing on creating sustainable changes with nutrition, movement, quality sleep, stress management, mindset, and lab/supplements as needed. Lindsey earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics with a Secondary in Gerontology from Kansas State University. Lindsey is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner and has over 10 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
Approach to care
Lindsey focuses on finding an individual plan for each client as there is no "one size fits all" solution to health and nutrition! Using evidenced-based nutrition science and nutrition counseling, the focus will be on making sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve one's overall health.
Your first session with Lindsey
Your first nutrition session is all about you! Lindsey will be asking questions to get to know you better, learn about your past nutrition and health related experiences, and to discuss where you would like to go on your health journey. At each session short term goals will be created to help guide you along your way of reaching your long term health goals.
