About Lindsey

Nutrition found me through my own healing journey with Hashimoto’s and PCOS, and that lived experience still shapes how I practice. I’m an RDN with an MS in Nutrition Science & Longevity, with experience in both clinical hospital settings and private practice in Los Angeles. I blend evidence-based medicine with real-world empathy, especially for individuals navigating complex or persistent symptoms. Outside of sessions, I enjoy strength training, ballet and dance, discovering new music, reading memoirs, and experimenting in the kitchen. I’m drawn to simple daily rituals that help the body feel safe, regulated, and grounded.

Approach to care

My work is grounded in current research and focused on sustainable change, not quick fixes. I take a root-cause approach, looking beyond food alone to understand how hormones, stress physiology, lifestyle patterns, labs, and the nervous system interact. I prioritize clarity over overwhelm. You’ll always understand the why behind recommendations so you can make informed decisions and build habits that truly fit your life. My goal is to help you build resilient health that supports you now and across the lifespan.

Your first session with Lindsey

Our first session is a collaborative, no-pressure conversation. We’ll explore your medical history, labs or biometrics if available, your relationship with food, and the lifestyle or stress patterns influencing your symptoms. We’ll identify realistic short-term goals and leave with clear, actionable next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just bring your story and what feels most pressing right now.
