Hi, I'm Lindsey. I'm a Registered Dietitian in Fairhope, Alabama, with 11 years of experience and a BSN in Nutrition/Dietetics from Auburn University. I've worked in clinical and hospital settings, led wellness initiatives in corporate environments, and supported patients in dialysis clinics. I practice as an RDN and LD, and I'm committed to using evidence to help you feel informed and supported. I look forward to getting to know you and building a plan that fits your life.

My care philosophy is grounded in evidence and warmth. I meet you where you are and we'll build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. I translate current science into practical, doable steps and I'm committed to an educational approach, so you understand the why behind each choice. We'll look at sleep, stress, and meals as parts of a holistic picture and celebrate progress, not perfection.

Your first session with Lindsey

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, lab work and biometrics to understand your starting point. We'll discuss short-term goals and what has brought you here, in a judgment-free, collaborative space. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; we'll explore what matters most and how nutrition can fit into your life. By the end, we'll agree on a couple of realistic next steps and a plan we can start today, with support and flexibility as you move forward.
