About Lindsey

I’m Lindsey, a registered dietitian currently working in corporate wellness in New York City. I support individuals with busy lifestyles and varied health goals, which has reinforced my belief that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all and should always be personalized. My background includes years of personal training, an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. Together, these experiences allow me to understand both the physical and mental aspects of health and provide thoughtful, individualized nutrition guidance.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is realistic, educational, and personalized. I focus on consistency, metabolism support, and helping clients understand how nutrition fits into the bigger picture of their health. I take a whole-body approach that considers food, movement, stress, sleep, and lifestyle, so changes feel supportive rather than restrictive. My goal is to provide clear guidance and practical education while helping clients build sustainable habits that truly fit into real life.

Your first session with Lindsey

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your background, health history, and goals, and I’ll ask you to walk me through a typical day of eating so I can better understand your current patterns and needs. We’ll also discuss your relationship with food and any past approaches you’ve tried, including what has or hasn’t worked for you. This session is a collaborative conversation designed to create clarity and direction, so we can begin building a realistic, personalized plan that supports your body, metabolism, and lifestyle.
