About Lindsey
Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian based in NYC, currently working in corporate wellness. I also have over four years of experience as a personal trainer, giving me a unique perspective on how nutrition and movement work together for overall health. With degrees in nutrition and psychology, I take a blended approach to weight management and overall wellness, addressing both the physical and mental sides of health. I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable, balanced habits that support long-term well-being. I’m excited to support you on your journey!
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in compassion, evidence, and realism. I believe nutrition support should be both practical and personalized, fitting seamlessly into your unique lifestyle. I value a conversational and collaborative style, taking the time to understand your story, goals, and daily routines so we can create a plan that works for you—not the other way around. My role is to be your coach and cheerleader, providing accountability and encouragement as you build sustainable habits. Together, we’ll focus on realistic changes that support your long-term well-being.
Your first session with Lindsey
In our first session, we’ll start by getting clear on your specific goals and what matters most to you. I’ll ask you to walk me through a typical day of eating so I can better understand your current habits. The session is relaxed and collaborative. You’ll have plenty of space to share your story and ask questions. Together, we’ll identify 2-3 small, realistic changes to focus on before your next visit, setting you up for steady progress and lasting success.
