About Linh
I’m Linh Tran, a registered dietitian passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in finding a sustainable, integrative path to wellness. Growing up in Vietnam and later navigating healthcare and education in the U.S., I bring a unique perspective to nutrition care that emphasises cultural sensitivity, empathy, and empowerment. I am deeply motivated by my own journey, from adapting to a new country and education system to witnessing the power of integrative medicine in my family’s practice, and I’m committed to helping you build a relationship with food and health that honors your identity, story, and goals.
Approach to care
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in both evidence-based nutrition and integrative principles. I believe that sustainable change comes from meeting you where you are—honouring your heritage, traditions and lifestyle—rather than one-size-fits-all plans. Together we’ll explore how food, movement, rest, and culture all weave into your health picture. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, valued and empowered to make choices that feel authentic to you.
Your first session with Linh
In our first session, we’ll spend meaningful time together getting to know you—your background (including cultural and linguistic), your health history, daily habits, beliefs about food, and what brings you here now. I’ll listen to your story and priorities, and we’ll begin to co-create a plan that respects your lifestyle, values, and goals. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with actionable steps and a sense of direction—no judgment, just partnership.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from North Dakota State University
Hobbies
When I’m not working, you’ll find me tending my collection of exotic tropical house-plants, exploring new plant-forward recipes, or enjoying quality time with friends and family. I also love traveling and staying curious about food cultures from around the world.
