About Linh

I’m a registered dietitian passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in building a sustainable path to wellness. Growing up in Vietnam and later navigating healthcare and education in the U.S. has shaped my culturally sensitive, empathetic approach to nutrition care. My work is informed by my personal journey of adapting to a new country and education system, and I’m committed to helping you build a relationship with food and health that honors your identity, lived experiences, and goals.

Approach to care

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition with an integrative lens. I believe that sustainable change comes from meeting you where you are—honouring your heritage, traditions, and lifestyle—rather than one-size-fits-all plans. Rather than focusing solely on what to eat, I emphasize helping you learn how to eat in a way that feels sustainable, flexible, and supportive of your overall well-being. I believe that truly “healthy” foods are those that both nourish your body and bring you satisfaction and joy. Together, we’ll explore how food, movement, rest, and culture all weave into your health picture, while creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make choices that feel authentic to you.

Your first session with Linh

In our first session, we’ll spend meaningful time together getting to know you—your background (including cultural and linguistic), your health history, daily habits, beliefs about food, and what brings you here now. I’ll listen to your story and priorities, and we’ll begin to co-create a plan that respects your lifestyle, values, and goals. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with actionable steps and a sense of direction—no judgment, just partnership.
