About Linzy

Hi! I am Linzy - I am a Registered Dietitian and a busy mom to two young boys and a labradoodle. I work with my clients to simplify nutrition so that is is not stressful. I have worked in private practice for the past 9 years. Prior to starting my private practice I worked in an allergy/immunology office and before that I was a clinical dietitian at Hospital For Special Surgery in New York City. I have experience working with both adults and kids, and meet my clients where they are. Some areas I specialize in include elimination diets for gastrointestinal disorders; food allergies; food intolerances; sports nutrition; picky eating; pre/post natal nutrition and weight management.

Approach to care

I meet my clients where they are and I work with them to find "root causes." I believe that every client is different and nutrition is not one size fits all. I know that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, and I help my clients find out how! I listen to my clients so that I am able to include their preferences in any nutrition plans. I am my clients biggest cheerleader, and I am very approachable to work with!

Your first session with Linzy

During our first session, we will talk in detail about what your goals are and what your challenges are. At this time we will talk about your current diet. We will also discuss any medical history, any lab values, any medications and supplements. You will leave this visit feeling confident and stress free with nutrition goals to work on!
