Patient reviews
“Lisa is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, kind, & genuinely attentive to individual needs. She takes time to understand health concerns, lifestyle, & even cultural background, offering personalized support instead of a “one size fits all” approach. She sets realistic, sustainable goals & explains them clearly, making everything easy to follow. Her caring nature turns the process into an encouraging journey. A true wealth of knowledge & incredible support. I highly recommend!“

“If you’re looking for a cheerleader to support all of your wins (big or small), look no further! Lisa is the BEST. I look forward to every session with her and leave feeling so good about myself. She truly listens and helped me to create macros that work for me. We set realistic daily goals that ensure I make lifestyle changes to support my “end” goal. If I could give ger 100 stars I would. You wont regret meeting with Lisa. “
