About Lisa
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University in 2007. I've been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2015. I am passionate about nutrition and am recognized for my ability to guide, educate, and motivate others on their wellness journey. With a strong foundation in the latest evidence-based practices of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), I am committed to communicating the benefits of nutrition and healthy living. My 10+ year career as a Registered Dietitian has allowed me to work closely with patients dealing with a variety of health conditions, including diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and digestive issues.
Approach to care
My approach is to help you work towards feeling better, feeling stronger, with good energy and clarity of mind. With your input and my expertise, we will collaborate together to help you achieve your health goals. I enjoy helping my patients learn how to be their own best health advocates.
Your first session with Lisa
You will have my undivided attention. Together we will address your issues, make a plan, fine tune it along the way, with the purpose of working towards the successful achievement of your goals. We will review any pertinent lab work as well reviewing your current diet (likes, dislikes and food preferences) and then begin meal planning together.
