About Lisa
Hi, my name is Lisa! I've been a Registered Dietitian for 4 years, working primarily around children & families where I focus on promoting healthful choices and wellbeing. I grew up with a positive relationship with food and believe that food should be enjoyed—without guilt or shame. My goal is to help others feel comfortable, confident, and at ease around eating. I take a supportive approach and meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating feeding your yourself, achieving a nutrition goal, or simply wanting to feel better about food.
Approach to care
If you’re looking for guidance that is realistic, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel okay to eat, I’d love to support you. From there, we’ll identify next steps and set small, achievable goals to support your wellbeing and help you feel at ease around eating.
Your first session with Lisa
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your goals, your relationship with food, and any challenges you’re currently facing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your lifestyle, preferences, and what support you’re looking for.
